Democrats are great at projection. This is a concept they teach in Psych 101: someone attributes their own unacceptable thoughts, impulses, feelings, or behaviors to someone else. It's a defense mechanism, and it explains why Democrats are so quick to accuse Republicans of being violent, bigoted, racist, etc.
It's the Democrats who are all those things, and they're deflecting from their own moral and political failings by accusing their opponents of those behaviors.
So when the theme of last night's Super Bowl Halftime Show crossed my feed, it caught my eye.
Bad Bunny: “The only thing more powerful than hate is love.”
— Amy Klobuchar (@amyklobuchar) February 9, 2026
That was one joyous halftime show.
Really? I've already shown some of the vulgar, graphic lyrics in Bad Bunny's music. That's "joyous," according to Klobuchar? I'm going to guess she hasn't read his lyrics, or will dismiss them because Bad Bunny sang in Spanish. In the same vein, John Kasich called the program a celebration of Latino culture.
Talk about tone-deaf. And then Democrats wonder why they're losing Latino voters.

But I digress.
The bigger question I have for Democrats is this: if love is more powerful than hate, when will Democrats start showing the love? Because it seems to me the entire driving impetus behind the Democrats these days is a deep-seated hatred of President Trump, his administration, and his voters.
Today alone, I told you how Jamelle Bouie attacked Vice President Vance's mom, a recovering drug addict who has been sober for almost 11 years, saying she should have sold her son to buy Percocet. I also shared how Bakari Sellers said that the country needs a "fumigation" of MAGA. Texas state Representative Gene Wu attacked White Americans, saying we're the minority now and that non-Whites need to take over. Democrats have come up with a slew of insulting euphemisms for women — ranging from "inseminated persons" to "partner with eggs" — so they don't offend the mentally ill men who think they're women.
California gubernatorial candidate Eric Swalwell has vowed to make life a "living hell" for ICE agents who live in his state, vowing to strip them of their driver's licenses and persecute them for enforcing the immigration laws passed by previous Congresses, Republican and Democrat alike. In Maryland, lawmakers want to prohibit Trump administration ICE agents from finding gainful law enforcement employment in the state.
Mehdi Hasan wants the next Democratic president to ruthlessly attack Republicans, to weaponize the federal government against them for supporting President Trump.
Multiple healthcare professionals have shared videos on social media wherein they wish harm and death on women like Usha Vance and Karoline Leavitt, who are both expecting babies this year. Another one said he would withhold anesthesia from "MAGA" patients during surgical procedures. A VCU nurse was fired after she told followers to poison ICE agents.
Leftists who don't work in the medical profession are saying medical care should be withheld from conservatives. This is how that exchange went (emphasis added):
"They're not going to refuse care for someone who choses [sic] not to disclose pronouns on a medical form or with a hatred for 'wokeness' (unfortunately), wrote Baranowski.
"Unfortunately?" replied Basham. "You feel that medical treatment should be refused for political opinions?"
"If those political opinions drive fascist regimes that cause tangible harm to the environment and minority groups, yes," Said Branaowski. It's not JUST your opinion here — it's your support for abhorrent s***."
All of this falls against a backdrop of rampant illegal immigration, where dozens of innocent Americans have been hurt or killed by illegal immigrants. Just last week, four Amish men — including a father and his two sons — were killed when an illegal immigrant truck driver slammed into their vehicle in Indiana. No Democrats will meet with that man's widow, who saw her entire family wiped out in one fell swoop.
When a Louisiana man ordered abortion pills from California to coerce his pregnant girlfriend into aborting their child, Governor Gavin Newsom said he refused to protect that woman's right to choose and won't extradite the doctor who violated Louisiana's abortion laws. Kathy Hochul did something similar in New York when a Louisiana mother gave her daughter abortion pills, terminating that pregnancy. Hochul also refuses to extradite that doctor, citing "reproductive rights."
It seems Democrats only have affection for the illegal immigrants they're importing by the millions in order to change our culture, undermine our immigration laws, and seize power by allowing ineligible people to vote in our elections. They don't even love all immigrants; when President Trump granted asylum to White South Africans, the Left called them "white supremacists" and attacked them. The rest of us get similar treatment. Democrats despise us, and they don't keep that secret anymore.
So, where's the love, Democrats? 'Cause I'm not seeing it.
