I regret to inform you that we have, once again, disappointed former President Barack Obama. Somehow, I will cope with the fact that I haven't lived up to the expectations of the worst President of my lifetime, and one of the worst people to ever hold the office, period.
One of the most galling and laughable things Obama said during his remarks was that the President shouldn't work with the AG to prosecute whomever the President wants prosecuted.

This, like so many other things the Democrats say and do, is Gaslighting 101. I'm old enough to remember that under the Obama administration, the IRS targeted conservative non-profits in the run-up to the 2012 election. That didn't happen in a vacuum. We all know where those marching orders came from.
And, more recently, we learned that the Biden DOJ colluded with abortion activist groups to weaponize the FACE Act against pro-lifers and Christians in order to throw them behind bars for years. His DOJ also fantasized about throwing traditional nuns in prison. Prosecutors with Biden's DOJ, Joseph Cooney and Molly Gaston, both expressed desire to go after nuns, with Gaston writing, "I would like to take a special assignment of finding and prosecuting them." Cooney took it a step further, wishing to "prosecute any nun who still wears the head habit."
There was no crime. There was no law breaking. But to the Biden DOJ, being a traditional nun who takes her vows seriously was a crime worthy of prosecution and prison.
It was also the Biden administration that worked tirelessly to throw President Trump in prison — a blatant political act meant to keep Trump from running and winning in 2024. This includes, if you'll pardon the pun, dozens of trumped-up charges in Manhattan for "crimes" that were never really crimes to begin with. The Democrats did that so they could head into the election screaming that President Trump was a "convicted felon."
How'd that work out for you, Democrats?
The effort was so transparent that voters elected that "convicted felon" anyway, and he won the popular vote this time, too.
Perhaps that's because it was clearly a malicious prosecution, and Joe Biden joining Jimmy Kimmel to laugh about it didn't help the Democrats' "no one is above the law" argument.

Never forget that it was also Joe Biden who bragged about January 6 protesters being sentenced to a collective 840+ years in prison while his audience of sycophants clapped like seals. If you set a woman on fire in the Chicago subway, Democrats will send you home with an ankle monitor and a pat on the head to be a good boy.
For their friends, everything, for their enemies the law.
But when Republicans enforce the law, it's a nefarious attack and weaponization of government. Just look at the Left's meltdown after L. Louise Lucas' office was raided by the FBI yesterday. Sam Stein implied it was retaliation for Lucas' role in the unconstitutional Virginia redistricting scheme, and Jonathan Martin implied Bill Melugin was a racist for sharing a picture of Lucas on his post about the raid. Jake Tapper had disgraced former FBI official Andrew McCabe and Adam Kinzinger on to discuss the raid, who all said it was politically motivated.
What they all failed to mention is that the corruption investigation began under the Biden administration.
Whoops. I'm sure that was just an error on their part and they'll all issue apologies and retractions post haste.
Not.
Keep in mind that the Democrats have vowed to engage in massive retaliation and the weaponization of government against Trump administration officials, ICE and Border Patrol agents, and even Trump voters — with one Democrat vowing to bar us from the Internet for four years — while they scream about Trump "weaponizing" government (by which they mean, enforcing the laws). They mean it, and we have no reason to believe they won't crush us all if they regain power.
That is no laughing matter.
