As was promised by then candidate Donald J. Trump before last November’s election, once in office the nation’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents would be unleashed, and instructed to round up the illegal alien criminals welcomed into our country by Joe Biden and his administration over the last four years. President Trump is good for his word, and ICE and their other law enforcement partners have begun arresting dangerous criminal aliens by the bushel in cities all across America.
Unfortunately some politicians in our country have not yet gotten the message. The message that was delivered loud and clear by the results of the Trump landslide victory and Republican sweep of power in the House and Senate, is that Americans are angry and fed up with the rampant crime that the illegal gang members who entered our country under Joe Biden have brought with them. Americans want it stopped, they want the illegal aliens arrested and deported, and they fully support ICE and the Trump-appointed Border Czar Tom Homan in their efforts.
In Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has vowed to stand in the way of ICE’s efforts to track down and arrest illegal aliens. My hope is that ole J.B. indeed does try to prevent ICE from conducting raids and making arrests within the state of Illinois. I would love nothing more than to see old J.B. in handcuffs doing a ‘perp walk’ - or more accurately a ‘perp waddle’ - on the evening news. Placed under arrest for violating federal law by interfering in ICE’s enforcement of federal immigration statutes. J.B. might be a big figure in the Democrat Party in Illinois, and perhaps with his own presidential aspirations, but Border Czar Tom Homan isn’t impressed by Pritzker, or by how ‘big’ he is.
Any visions J.B. might have of running for president in 2028 will certainly disappear if he continues to flout the will of the people. Americans, including many Illinoisans want illegal aliens arrested and deported, not hidden from ICE. Certainly by just standing still ole J.B. could hide quite a few behind him, but that won’t win him many votes outside of the Democrat stronghold of Chicago.
In fact, even the Democrats in Chicago are fed up and have had enough of illegal aliens committing crimes in their neighborhoods, and diverting the scant resources Illinois has to offer away from Illinoisans, and into the hands of the illegal aliens.
In Boston the Democrat Mayor Michelle Wu has also stated that she will fight to protect illegal aliens from ICE enforcement efforts. Border Czar Tom Homan has let the Boston city officials know in no uncertain terms that ICE is coming to the ‘sanctuary city’ of Boston, saying “I’m coming to Boston, and I’m bringing hell with me”. A none-to-subtle message that Homan is willing to use the weight of federal law against any Boston city officials who violate federal immigration laws by interfering with ICE arrests, or hiding illegal aliens. If they think he’s just bluffing they will soon find out that Tom Homan doesn’t bluff.
It’s time for all of these so-called ‘sanctuary politicians’ to start looking out for their American citizen constituents. As much as they may hope to turn all of the illegal aliens into voting Democrats one day, it’s simply not going to happen. Barack Hussein Obama’s planed “fundamental transformation” of America isn’t going to come to fruition as he had hoped.
So if they fancy themselves of having any future in politics they better listen long and hard to the American people who are telling them “Enough is Enough”! The United States of America is for Americans. If someone wants to become an American and live here then they need to follow the legal process to become a citizen, and not just skip across our border, welcomed into this country by corrupt Democrat politicians who see them only as a potential future voting bloc.
The state of California is drowning in debt, much of it directly related to their ‘sanctuary state’ designation established by Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom. Homelessness, and squalor, out of control crime on the streets, and violent gang activity has become a fact of daily life, and Newsom’s own aspirations for higher political office are directly tied to his policies on illegal aliens. No one anticipates a change in the lower quality of life that Californians are experiencing as a result of Newsom. As with this current Democrat Party, Newsom is fanatical in his beliefs and unwilling to listen to his constituents. It will prove to be his political downfall.
So indeed the ICE-Man Cometh, to sanctuary cities and states around America. Democrat politicians who stand in the way of the will of the American people may soon find themselves paying the price at the ballot box, as well as doing a ‘perp walk’ on the evening news.
