About James McCoy
Dr. McCoy was a tenured Associate Professor in the College of Education at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. His primary area of focus was educational leadership. Dr. McCoy holds a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from Brigham Young University. He also holds a Master of History Degree from Brigham Young University. Additionally, Jim holds a Master of Business Degree from Westminster College. Dr. McCoy is a former principal at the middle school, junior high school, and high school levels. He also served at different times as an adjunct faculty member in the College of Education at Brigham University and Idaho State University during his career as a public school principal. Dr. James W. McCoy retired as an Associate Professor Emeritus at Southern Utah University.
