There are few institutions, outside of the Democratic Party, that have done more to harm women than the United Nations. The U.N. routinely elevates Islamic nations that oppress women and deny them basic human rights, it turns a blind eye to the world's worst human-rights abusers, and it supports ideologies like transgenderism and gun control that put women's safety and lives at risk.

On top of that, the U.N. is utterly, hopelessly, and irreparably hypocritical and tone deaf.

The UNRWA was embedded with Hamas on October 7, 2023, while Hamas systematically raped and murdered Israeli women. Just a week ago, a massive report dropped that highlighted — in graphic detail — the atrocities Hamas inflicted on women during the terrorist attack. And UNRWA employees aided and abetted these war crimes.

The U.N.'s Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) has many nations in which women do not enjoy full and equal rights, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, China, Nigeria, Mali, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Morocco, and others.

How can we take them seriously when this is who they embrace? When these are the nations, it gives power and a voice to?

We can't.

Iran even sat on the CSW until their abuse of women became so public that even the U.N. had to do something about it. But it took the death of Mahsa Amini for them to finally remove Iran from the CSW. Had she not died, Iran wouldn't have gotten the boot.

And, once again, I can't help but notice how the U.N. — like all Leftists — miraculously knows what a 'woman' is when doing so is politically expedient. The U.N. will bend over backward for trans rights, which is nothing more than state-sanctioned misogyny, and argue that some women have penises. But the second they want to make a point, the word 'women' suddenly has real meaning again.

This post is meaningless. The U.N. is meaningless.

They've done nothing to make women's lives better, but they have supported regimes, policies, and ideologies that have made women's lives noticeably worse.

The best way to let women live is to end the United Nations. It's not the only way, but it's definitely a good start.
