Nicholas DeSimone was a former marketing & communications intern for Independent Institute in Oakland, CA. Currently, he is a policy research assistant at Reason Foundation in Washington D.C. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and has written for Penn’s premier politics publication, the Penn Political Review.
