He has a record of lying to Congress, and he's kept interest rates high only to hurt the Trump administration. To Powell's disapointment, his video didn't affect the market negatively. Instead, the market is soaring as Trump's policies are taking effect! The media will say the investigation into Powell is pollitically motivated, and they'll frame this as a bad thing.
