Let's talk about the Hunter Biden criminal plea bargain explosion. I must admit I was arguing with my pal Hugh Hewitt about Judge Maryellen Noreika accepting or rejecting his plea. I said she would totally accept it, and he argued she wouldn't. Hugh was right, but not for the reason we thought. Judge Noreika discovered a poison pill inside the plea agreement, which was never made public. I discuss that fallout, as well as Commander, the White House dog, biting guests, and a potential fourth indictment of former President Donald Trump and the effect it will have on the 2024 race.
