As President Joe Biden continues to pull the knives out of his back after Democrats forced him from the 2024 presidential race, the honeymoon period for their new presumptive nominee is in full swing.
In an effort to convince independent voters in swing states that the Democratic Party is a normal, mainstream and safe place for them, the rebrand of Vice President Kamala Harris as a moderate, steady force has been swift. They say Kamala, “the law and order prosecutor,” is ready to take on former President Donald Trump.
But Americans still considering their options in November should’t be fooled by the mirage.
Harris, whose political roots extend from the regressive hellhole of San Francisco, is so far left she might as well be a member of The Squad.
“Ranked most liberal compared to All Senators. Our unique ideology analysis assigns a score to Members of Congress according to their legislative behavior by how similar the pattern of bills and resolutions they cosponsor are to other Members of Congress,” GovTrack reported until deleting the page in Orwellian fashion this week to protect Harris' new candidacy.
To the left of even Bernie Sanders, that’s saying something.
But the most damning and damaging part of Harris’ Senate career may be that her record isn’t one of accomplishment or leadership. It certainly isn’t one of moderation or bipartisanship.
“Harris held a leadership position on 0 committees and 0 subcommittees, as either a chair (majority party) or ranking member (minority party), at the end of the session. For comparison to other Members of Congress, we assigned a score giving five points for each full committee leadership position and one point for each subcommittee leadership position,” GovTrack states. “Harris missed 61.9% of votes (265 of 428 votes) in 2019.”
Back in California and during her time as a prosecutor, Harris wiped away the drug records of illegal immigrants and shielded them from deportation. Her views on the law and criminals fall in line with Soros-backed district attorneys across the country – the same DAs who have been wreaking havoc on communities by tearing down the police and repeatedly releasing violent criminals to victimize innocent people over and over again.
At the height of the 2020 riots, which were the most expensive and destructive in American history, Harris promoted a bail fund for violent criminals – including rapists and murderers – in Minnesota on her Twitter page. The tweet is still up and she’s still raising money for the cause.
In 2019, Harris co-sponsored the Green New Deal with socialist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. Their proposal included banning gas vehicles, meat, gas appliances, commercial air travel and much more. She’s also a proponent of a total fracking ban, which voters in Pennsylvania should pay close attention to. Further, she vowed to destroy Senate norms and tradition to force the tyrannical legislation on the country.
“Sen. Kamala Harris of California said that if she’s elected president, she will back abolishing the filibuster if Senate Republicans stand in the way of legislation to combat climate change,” CNN reported in 2019. “Harris said she would first seek to work with the GOP. However, she said, ‘if they fail to act, as president of the United States, I am prepared to get rid of the filibuster to pass a Green New Deal.’"
And finally, Harris oversaw the largest illegal invasion into the United States in history as Biden’s border czar — a title the White House and leftist allies in the media are desperately trying to erase from her record.
“President Joe Biden has tapped Vice President Kamala Harris to lead the White House effort to tackle the migration challenge at the U.S. southern border and work with Central American nations to address root causes of the problem,” the Associated Press reported in March 2021.
Her own views on illegal immigration — Harris believes “illegal” immigration should be completely decriminalized — are alarming. Should she win the White House, there’s no doubt her open border policies will make Biden’s look tame.
Despite best efforts to repackage Harris as a moderate capable of leading the country, Harris’ record of failure and far left policy pushes should be accurately and aggressively highlighted from now until November.
