Since the barbaric October 7 terrorist attacks committed by Hamas against thousands of innocent civilians sleeping in their beds and dancing at a music festival, the cowardly “international community” has again taken up the cause of warning against Israeli “war crimes” and promotion of “both sides” nonsense.

“I mourn and honour the United Nations colleagues who have tragically been killed in the bombardment of Gaza over the past three weeks. My heart goes out to the families of our colleagues who lost their lives in service,” UN Secretary General António Guterres released in a recent statement. “International humanitarian law establishes clear rules that cannot be ignored. It is not an a la carte menu and cannot be applied selectively. All parties must abide by it, including the principles of distinction, proportionality, and precaution.”

All parties must abide by it. The UN is demanding only one side abide by it.

After the worst attack in the country’s history, the corrupt busy bodies at the United Nations have not only called on Israel for “restraint,” but a number of members have applauded Hamas and their efforts to fight their “oppressors” in the name of “resistance.”

It’s vile, but so long as we’re on the topic of war crimes, I have a list of them, and they aren’t being committed by Israel.

On October 7, not only did Hamas murder babies sleeping in their beds, they kidnapped dozens, many after murdering their parents while children watched, and took them back to the dark tunnels of the Gaza Strip. Kidnapping and holding babies hostage is a war crime. Hamas has been doing this for nearly 50 days.

As the righteous fighting in Gaza began after the attack, IDF was dropping leaflets and opening humanitarian passages for civilians to move south. At the same time, Hamas was, and still is, using ambulances as shuttles for terrorists and dressing fighters as medics. They’ve also forced civilians to stay in combat zones in order to use them as human shields and “proof” Israel is being imprecise with their strikes. Terrorists are also dressed in civilian clothing while launching bombs from mosques, schools and medical centers. Weapons caches are also stored here, in addition to under the beds of Gaza’s children. All of these things are war crimes and turn areas usually off limits for retaliation into legitimate military targets.

Bombing hospitals is also a war crime. Not only has Hamas successfully launched rockets at Israeli hospitals, hitting the Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon multiple times and causing severe damage, their Islamic Jihad friends launched a rocket that landed on al-Ahli Hospital — wounding a number of Palestinians.

And finally, using medical centers to plan terrorist attacks is, in fact, a war crime. Not to mention setting up headquarters in the basement of a hospital, which Hamas did.

“Al-Shifa is the largest hospital in Gaza. It is also, according to numerous and credible reports, a Hamas base of military operations. The specifics have been revealed in a steady drip of open-source information dating back to 2006, when a PBS documentary showed Hamas fighters roaming Shifa’s halls, intimidating staff, and denying access to parts of the hospital,” Commentary reports. “The following year, according to Human Rights Watch, Hamas fired at its rival group Fatah from within the Shifa hospital compound during a Palestinian civil war. As one doctor said, ‘the medical staff are suffering from fear and terror, particularly of the Hamas fighters, who are in every corner of the hospital.’”

Al-Shifa has long been known to be Hamas headquarters. It’s now been proven with video evidence, admissions and much more.

“Israeli troops found a command centre and weapons and combat gear belonging to Palestinian Hamas militants in Gaza's biggest hospital on Wednesday, Israel's military said,” Reuters reported this week. "Al-Shifa hospital had become the chief target of a Gaza City incursion by Israeli forces, who said the ‘beating heart’ of the Hamas fighters' operations was headquartered in tunnels beneath it.”

There are real war crimes being committed in the battle between Hamas and the Israeli Defense Forces. Too bad the dishonest invertebrates at the UN and in the “international community” are too cowardly to bother looking, not to mention holding Hamas — and Iran — accountable for their blatant and obvious crimes.
