Biography
James S. Robbins, PhD., is a senior fellow for national security affairs at the American Foreign Policy Council, a commentary writer for USA Today, and a member of the advisory board to the National Civil War Museum. Previously he was an award-winning editorial writer at the Washington Times, a professor at the National Defense University, and special assistant in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He holds a doctorate from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. His other books include The Real Custer: From Boy General to Tragic Hero.
