I really don’t like Nancy Pelosi. The former Speaker of the House – and how glorious is it to be able to refer to her that way? – is chief among the corrupt-o-crats in Washington, DC. Her fortune has only miraculously grown while in office in ways that would make the biggest inside trader blush. The “Wolf of Wall Street” was a piker compared to Paul Pelosi. Knowing the Pelosi family became one of the richest in the country while she lied and divided the nation is sickening. An honest history, which is unlikely to be written for years considering the absolute hacks writing it now, will be as unkind to her as it has been to every other elected con artist.
That’s why I open every fundraising email I get from her, her PAC, or various Democrat committees using her name – you must keep up with what the enemy is doing.
This Saturday saw three emails involving her, two from her campaign directly, and one from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
It may seem odd for the DCCC to use the former leader of Democrats when they have a new leader, Hakeem Jeffries of New York. But no one really believes Jeffries is anything more than a figurehead, a puppet doing the bidding of an unpopular former Speaker who lost control of the House twice for her party. Maybe someday he’ll lead, but not now.
“If you haven’t noticed already,” the first email Saturday opens, “Joe Biden and our Democrats are delivering for the American people. We’ve delivered over 13.5 MILLION jobs since the Republican recession and cut unemployment in HALF.” Did you know Republicans somehow caused a recession while Democrats had complete government control? It’s like they’re magic. “We passed the LARGEST investments in history to rebuild our nation’s infrastructure, fight climate change, and restore American manufacturing – after decades of Republicans incentivizing companies to send our jobs overseas,” says the party of NAFTA and sucking up to China. “We protected marriage equality from Trump’s Supreme Court and EXPANDED health care access. But Kevin McCarthy and his MAGA allies are scheming to UNDO all of the incredible progress we’ve delivered together — and they just raised $62 MILLION to go for it.” How? She doesn’t say because she doesn’t have to defend lying in emails she sends.

“I won’t let them — and I know you won’t either,” the shadow leader of Democrats in the House declared before asking for $15. That might be enough to buy her one of those expensive pints of ice creams she fills her industrial-sized freezer with.
A mere six hours later, the bluster turns to begging. “I am reaching out to you and others in our circle of trust to explain the situation: Right now, Democrats only need to flip FIVE House Republican seats to win back the Majority.” I, someone who has and would never, under any circumstances, give her a dime is in her “circle of trust”? No wonder Eric Swalwell slept with a Chinese spy; Democrats have no standards for trust. “Recently,” she continued, “CNN reported that EIGHTEEN Republicans sit in districts that President Biden won. But earlier today, my team warned me that House Republicans' campaign arm has over $23 MILLION in the bank. So I wanted to reach out to you immediately – because this really can’t wait.”
Why did her “team” keep this information from her a few hours earlier? Because she’s lying.
“Right now, experts say the House is a complete TOSS-UP,” she concludes. “But my team is warning me that if we let Republicans continue to outraise our Democrats they’ll be able to walk all over us for another two years in the Majority. I hope you agree that we can never let that happen. So I’m asking you personally if you’ll rush in $15 before midnight to renew your Team Pelosi Membership.”
Renew my membership? What membership? Do they keep records?
The truth is they don’t care. These emails from “small donors” don’t really matter. Sure, they bring in some cash, but their main purpose is to grow headcount. The higher the number of donors they get the smaller the per donor number goes, which helps hide the fact that they’re funded by rich liberals making large donations. It’s a shell game, a con.
A mere three hours later, under a large picture of Nancy’s half-smiling face, the DCCC wrote, “Democrats are working tirelessly to protect our fundamental freedoms in the face of the GOP’s relentless attacks. But Kevin McCarthy has already raised $62.5 MILLION to defeat our Democrats and hold onto power in 2024! If he succeeds, our fundamental freedoms will remain in CONSTANT jeopardy.” It’s just short of a call for more James Hodgkinsons, isn’t it?
Couple that with how Pelosi concluded her first email of the day, “Republicans have spent ALL of their energy spreading hate and lies, raising money to defeat our Democrats, and trying to roll back our progress,” and you could easily get the impression that Democrats wish people who don’t agree with their worldview ill.
That is Nancy Pelosi’s true legacy. Never let history forget it.
