Artisanally-Crafted Narratives – AXIOS

  • Was there a rush to get this non-information out there?!

Axios has delivered a scoop, it claims, on GOP Representative Chuck Edwards facing an ethics investigation in the House. We hope you are satisfied with that brief explanation; no further details are needed for their “report”.

  • unspecified allegations against the North Carolina Republican

  • In an email obtained by Axios, a lawyer from the committee said…

  • No allegations were specified.

  • The House Ethics Committee declined to comment

And, as we have come to expect, this is all rooted in information from…who the hell knows?

  • Axios has learned from three sources familiar with the probe.

Race To The Bottom – CNN

  • Does John not understand that Democrats could have voted for her??

On CNN’s latest primetime panel, former CNN figure John Avlon was sitting in and he felt he had a great zinger. He pointed out that the Republican Party has not elected a black governor since the Reconstruction. He made the mistake of uttering this when Scott Jennings was on the panel, who alerted him to the fact that the GOP had JUST tried to get one elected in Virginia.

We will also point out that in Florida, they are on the verge of electing Byron Donalds, who has a massive lead in the polls. But in the case of Winsome Sears in Virginia, we should look at who it was voting AGAINST the black candidate for governor.

Border-line Obsessives – ABC News

  • Do we need to consult Webster's for you folks?

ABC has some damning speculation regarding President Trump evicting hundreds of thousands of immigrants from the country without proper cause.

The issue is a court case where it is alleged that these immigrants were wrongfully removed.

  • The Supreme Court on Wednesday is considering whether the Trump administration unlawfully ordered hundreds of thousands of immigrants living in the U.S. from Haiti and Syria to return home, abruptly cancelling their legal status out of alleged racial animus and without proper consideration of risks to their safety and the nation’s economy.

This is all over the matter of these immigrants having been in the country when granted temporary protected status. ABC News is bothered that the administration actually understands that it is not a method for permanent status.

The other amusement is that most of these had been granted this status by Joe Biden. The argument from the network apparently is that an arbitrary ruling by a president cannot be canceled out by a subsequent arbitrary ruling by another president.

Democratic Custodial Services – CNN

  • Cleanup on Aisle-Seth, please!

Maybe in light of the Left and the press being scorched over influencing the WHCA shooter, this was probably a smart move. But editing out the call for Pete Hegseth to be executed was still noticed.

Erin Burnett invited U.S. Democrat Rep. Seth Moulton (MA-6) to discuss the actions of the Department of War, and specifically Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. Moulton, as expected, was deeply critical, but then he got into the matter of some of the specific acts seen over the past few months.

That clip, minutes in length, has a convenient edit of a few seconds there at the end. Burnett & Co. clipped a portion where Moulton continued, suggesting Hegseth was guilty of severe war crimes, the likes of which should be punishable by death. Breitbart had the full clip and provided the missing portion.
