A truly bizarre clip of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden from two years ago went viral over the weekend, showing the former VP telling the crowd stories about kids touching his leg hair, sitting on his lap, and roaches.

The clip from a 2017 speech in Wilmington, Delaware, shows Biden recalling his time working at a public pool in Wilmington.

"And by the way, you know I sit on the stand, and it'd get hot. I got a lot of — I got hairy legs ... that turn blonde in the sun," Biden said. "And the kids used to come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down so it was straight and then watch the hair come back up again."

"So I learned about roaches, and I learned about kids jumping on my lap," Biden continued.

"I love kids jumping on my lap," he said.

This is the same speech where Biden infamously discussed confronting Corn Pop, the leader of a gang in the area.

People expressed disbelief over the clip.

Biden, who's leading the Democratic field, also made headlines over the weekend for another bizarre moment from a campaign event in Iowa when he nibbled his wife's finger on stage.
