Three Biden-era illegal aliens from Venezuela are now in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody as they face multiple theft-related charges in West Virginia, Townhall has learned.

The West Virginia State Police said last month that there were ICE detainers placed against the men so they can be deported, according to WCHS.

“These three criminal illegal aliens are all charged with larceny after two separate thefts on the same day in West Virginia,” a DHS Spokesperson said in a statement.

“None of these illegal aliens would have been in our country if it weren’t for the reckless open-border policies of the Biden Administration, which RELEASED them all into our communities. Thanks to our state and local partners, these criminals are now in ICE custody and we will REMOVE them from our country,” the spokesperson continued.

There were two different theft cases that unfolded on July 26, including at a Walmart in Weston, WV, where Daniel Alberto Arias Ramirez and Deivis Willyan Diaz allegedly stole $21,000 worth of jewelry from the store while it was dealing with flood restoration.

The duo is facing charges for “conspiracy to commit a felony” and grand larceny, according to the Department of Homeland Security. The department noted that Diaz has been previously arrested in Colorado for illegally having a concealed weapon and assault.

Diaz and Ramirez both came to the U.S. illegally through the Texas southern border in 2024 and 2023, respectively, and then were “released” while then-Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was at the helm of DHS. However, Ramirez has had a federal “final order of removal” since December 2024.

Meanwhile, Oscar Jose Hernandez Silva is facing “petit larceny” allegations for a Sutton, West Virginia theft. Hernandez crossed illegally into the country in California in 2024, and he’s believed to have been in the country since then.
