Welcome back to the "Stream of Kurtiousness"! This is like the worst week for us Gen X folks, although technically I am a Boomer. Ozzy Osbourne, Hulk Hogan, and Chuck Mangione are all gone. These legends are from a good time, and I don't think the same optimistic characters exist anymore! I'm literally as happy as I've ever been now, but I look back on the 80s and wish young people today could experience it. It was a time when not everybody spent all their time on screens, and people actually lived their lives. I'm not trying to be nostalgic, but people had great opportunities back then. Today, people are increasingly self-centered, and all they care about is power, even if it comes at the expense of opportunity. Democrats are the perfect example of this, and yes, even some weak Republicans. It's time we destroy this mindset and bring back pride in our country. Thanks for being a VIP member and hope to see you on next year's cruise!
