Biography
Karen Ellison is founder and president of Deeper Still, a ministry that offers retreats to women (and men) suffering with abortion-wounded hearts. She first entered pregnancy center ministry in 1985, serving as an executive director of a pregnancy center in Virginia Beach, VA, a national trainer for Care Net, and as vice president of Alternatives Group (now LifeSteward Ministries). She is the author of Healing the Hurt that Won't Heal: Freedom for the Abortion-Wounded and Help for the Church They Fear (High Bridge Books, 2019).
