Just another routine day in the religion of pieces.
Yes, they chopped another man into two pieces by beheading him; this one for the crime of helping victims of the war that those ISIS backward asses created with the help of Muslims worldwide.
"It's about showing people that we care, that someone is looking out for those who might be overlooked or who have slipped through the cracks in the system for whatever reason," said the newest ISIS victim, 26 year-old Peter Kassig. Kassig was speaking before Islamists in Syria captured him last year while he was delivering supplies to refugees according to CBSNews.
So you can see how the Islamists might be offended by Kassig. You can’t have all those people not swallowed up by the huge cracks that swallow up the multitudes in the religion of peace.
Obama’s heart, predictably, went out to Muslims worldwide at this killing of a Kassig, a Christian-turned-Muslim.
Kassig changed his name to Abdul-Rahman and, according to all accounts, his religion during his captivity.
"While ISIL revels in the slaughter of innocents, including Muslims,” said the president, “and is bent only on sowing death and destruction, Abdul-Rahman was a humanitarian who worked to save the lives of Syrians injured and dispossessed by the Syrian conflict...ISIL's actions represent no faith, least of all the Muslim faith which Abdul-Rahman adopted as his own."
Ok, whatever.

Can we at least drop the pretense that this isn’t about a backward religion, practiced by backward people who want to drag us back to the walls of Vienna and Suleiman the Magnificent?
I mean what does it tell you when Obama himself won’t claim the religion as his own?
This is a guy who gravitates to really bad ideas just on instinct: Socialism, global warming, Rev. Wright, Obamacare, Michelle Obama.
But Obama is right in this respect: If the problems of ISIS or Wahhabism or Ayatollahism or Baathism are going to be solved it’s going to have to be Muslims themselves that do the heavy lifting.
And a good start for them would be to make peace with their neighbors Israel.
The conflicts that are ongoing inside the Muslim world are the price the Muslim world pays for the self-deceptive practice of blaming everything wrong with their world on Israel and the United States.
At a time where even old communists pig-dogs are learning new tricks, the Islamic world is like a fly trapped in amber, forever preserved in a constant state.
One of the most striking features of Islam—and Obama by the way—is its lack of capacity to evolve, its inelasticity.
Imagine, if you will, if certain men walked around in powered wigs, burning people they believed to be witches, recommending the stocks and the public whipping post for crimes such as heresy, blasphemy, adultery or simply because a man desired to impose a punishment of a wife who refused unconditional obedience.
“A spaniel, a wife, and a walnut tree,” goes the English proverb from 1581, a bare sixty years after the first time Islamists battled for Vienna and 100 years before the last time they did, “The more you beat 'em the better they be.”
Thankfully the English-speaking world has moved on from that.
But not Islam.
Instead of being apologist for Islam, it’s time our president demands more from them.
If Islam wishes to be a religion of peace, it can simply be one.
Instead it remains a religion that tears even their own to pieces.
