Harry J. Houck Jr. retired as a NYPD Detective 1st Grade after 25 years on the force. A law enforcement analyst and frequent guest on cable news, he has consulted, lectured and coordinated investigative strategies with the United States Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Postal Inspection Service, the Department of Homeland Security, and other law enforcement agencies nationwide. Mr. Houck is also a lecturer and expert in active shooter incidents and has developed active shooter protocols for business and schools.
