Dr. Greg Marchand is originally from Providence, RI, and is dual board certified in OBGYN and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. He currently serves as the program director for the SLS accredited fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Steward Health in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. Marchand is extensively published in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is sought after for expert opinions on these topics nationally and internationally. Dr. Marchand has invented several patented surgical techniques, some of which are taught at medical schools throughout the US. Dr. Marchand was the first surgeon in the nation to recieve the the "Master Surgeon" accreditation from the Surgical Review Corporation. Dr. Marchand has also been recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records(TM) for removing a 7lb uterus without needing to cut open the patient. When he is not in the operating room, Dr. Marchand enjoys low carb living and chasing around his ten year old football star son, Sebastian.
