Biography
Don Woodsmall is a graduate of Wake Forest University Law School and practiced law in Dallas with the Winstead firm before becoming president of the Duke Companies, at that time one of the largest apartment owners and developers in the country. He later moved to Washington, D.C. where he was the executive vice-president and director of development of a national golf course and master-planned community developer. Today he manages his own real estate and advertising business. Woodsmall has been on the Center For Security Policy’s Board of Directors for four years before stepping into his new role as interim President and CEO of the Center.
