Matching Media Memorandum – VARIOUS OUTLETS

  • The collective effort to manufacture a conservative movement from a single anonymous account.

In his newsletter, Steve Krakauer has a solid rundown of how the press can act in concert to frame Republicans/conservatives in a particular fashion, absent any salient proof. In this version, we oddly saw a collection of claims that the entirety of the right-of-center membership all held the same opinion of Baltimore's mayor, Brandon Scott. This stemmed from the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge after a disabled freighter collided with the span.

For some reason, a gaggle of news outlets was all making an unrelated claim about conservatives working to label Scott as a "DEI mayor." It was a telling reality that almost no conservatives were hearing this being said by other conservatives, but we did hear it from news outlets claiming this was a common discussion.

Krakauer lists off reporters and pundits like Joy Reid, Chris Hayes, The Baltimore Banner, Don Lemon, Jemele Hill, Jonah Goldberg, and more who all joined in on the same coverage. The tell? They each highlighted the same anonymous Xitter account making a post about Mayor Scott. These were news sources with millions of followers each, and their attention led to that post getting millions of hits. Then the traffic THEY generated was held up as proof of conservative agreement. Hill's post alone on this entry generated completely astroturfed leftist outrage.

Artisanally-Crafted Narratives – MSNBC

  • When they get the part of the story they wanted, that's when the story is over.

As more information comes out about the slanted fashion the January 6 Commission operated and how much evidence to the contrary was discarded out of convenience, it becomes more problematic for the press that trumpeted that committee and its findings.

As evidence of this struggle, we have supposed journalist Nicolle Wallace, who was faced with a guest pointing out some of the deeply uncomfortable paradoxes being found, and she declares that telling the complete story of that fateful day is not a journalistic requirement.

Nicolle referenced comments by Rep. Clay Higgins, noting the FBI activity on the Capitol, and she had this as a comment:

They’re playing government people, but they don’t do anything for the people. Republicans move the Overton Window faster than Democrats. I don’t know who this guy is, I’ve never heard of him, I’ve never heard him on social media - he’s telling lunatic stories.

Wallace does nothing to refute or even address anything Higgins says, as she plays a journalist who does not do anything but lecture her audience on what they are supposed to think.

Pulitzer Prize Nomination – AXIOS

  • Donald Trump has been a public figure for decades, but NOW his music list will reveal the true man!

Now, some outlets might have held a small degree of shame in reporting on the playlist Donald Trump commands to be played at Mar-a-Lago. Some might have looked at this story and hit the brakes on going forward with it at the editorial level. Not Axios.

There, Axios not only declares this to be an EXCLUSIVE, but it goes so far as to state this becomes a revelation into the way Trump's mind operates.

There's a Rosetta stone that demystifies how his mind works, his closest friends tell us: his Mar-a-Lago Spotify playlist.

Low-Octane Gaslighting – MSNBC

  • "We can just insist Trump said the polar opposite – who is going to check?!"

Mark Finkelstein caught this interlude on the cleverly-named weekend show, "The Weekend," hostessed by Symone Sanders, She made yet another wild claim about Donald Trump, this time stating definitively that during his inauguration, Trump announced he would engage in "carnage" during his term in office. If this aggressive talk evades your memory, that is excusable.

Making Sanders' lie all the more audacious is that in the easily researchable aspect of this speech, Trump said the polar opposite. During his inaugural, Trump did invoke "carnage," but had verbally pledged to address the current carnage witnessed across the country and bring it to an end.

Joining her on the guest panel – and in the prevarication – was Alexi Jo McCammond of the Washington Post, extending this fraudulent claim.

I mean, he is saying the craziest stuff. Symone's right. From that inauguration speech, we all were like, wow, American carnage! This is what we all signed up for.

The attitude needed for this lying delivery to persist is the confidence that MSNBC viewers will not dare to google Trump + Inaugural + Carnage. Doing so would end up exposing how their words are 180 degrees departed from those of Donald Trump.

Blue-Anon – NBC NEWS

  • Are we to believe that tectonic plates are somehow affected by the weather?

On Friday, April 5, there was an earthquake felt in the New England area, the epicenter located in New Jersey. While the unshakeable New Yorkers were rattled by this minor 4.8 Richter Scale event, it was only a matter of time before this claim would leak out in the press.

An "expert" was tabbed to explain that additional water in the oceans could be applying additional pressure on land masses and instigating these subterranean alterations. That would be, the promised rise in the ocean levels that we have not yet experienced, given the fact that Florida has not yet been submerged.
