La La La, I Can't Hear You

Their continued insistence that it was no more than 70,000 people is laughable. Good heavens, many stadiums hold that many. The photos of the crowds in DC on the 12th looked like several times the number of people you see in stadiums.

I had an e-mail from a pal who was there. She said a long time Metro employee told her that he had never in all of his years in DC seen anything like this before, and he was grateful for the kindness and courtesy of those who passed thru his section, particularly in their tidyness. He said a huge mess was left behind following the inauguration.

Where you there? I was and I didn't see the signs you report. There were plenty mocking Obama and his goals. There was no debris left, certainly not an American flag dropped on the ground unless it fell accidently. If people carried flags, they did so proudly and with respect.

There were millions of us -- it was so much larger than I ever imagined it could have been -- truly a sea of humanity spread out from the capitol in all directions and back on the streets -- mind boggling. We didn't come on vacation, we came to bring a message.

We came in peace, but if we are not listened to by our leaders, we may not be peaceful for long. At some point, if Obama and his ilk don't back off from their rush to...

I was there with my widow friend. We are in our early 70's. We walked our legs off to get to the Capitol as the trains were too packed to get on.

It was glorious and exhilerating to be with so many like-minded and normal people! People who love this country and don't want it destroyed. We chanted, "Can you hear us now?"

Also, we left the grounds clean unlike the slobs who attended The Won's Inauguration.

The people of Washington were most helpful in helping us find our way around their confusing streets; ditto the Metro train staff.

God bless America! May He help us to preserve our freedoms and help us withstand our enemies within.

My cousin has a house there and summers in Rangely Lakes. EVERYONE whine and moans about the politicians and what they have to live with but KEEP on electing Democrats. He told them that one definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly always expecting a different result.

Yesterday, Sean Hannity reported that Highpockets Harry Reid confirmed they were going to use the so-called "Nuclear Option", and jam this ObamaCare disaster down our throats, despite any Republican opposition or regardless of the peoples' wishes.

If this is true, any Republicans/Independents/non-liberals within the "sound of my voice" who voted for Obama because they wanted to get rid of Bush and to enact "change" need to never walk into a polling center to vote again. You should be ashamed of yourselves and you should have your voting rights revoked immediately.

Sadly you are right. Most Joiseyans (myself and the wife not included of course!) vote Democrat every blasted time...while crying about their high property taxes, corruption, and all of the state's myriad of problems. You could have a liberal democrud murderer up on death row run for office in NJ - and win in a landslide. It might be the bluest state in the nation (or at least in the top 5).

If indeed there is a genetic marker for homosexuality then the people who live that lifestyle have as much right to live as they chose as anyone else in America.

I was listening to Mark Levine the other night when a guy called in and was trying to convince Mark that the numbers were much less than what others had thought.

Mark ignored his question and simply responded, "We are coming to defeat you."
