Fox News reports that "At least seven soccer fans have been injured in Moscow after a taxi plowed into a crowd in the Russian capital during the World Cup on Saturday."

The taxi driver apparently tried to flee the scene, but was quickly apprehended by police. There is no evidence so far that this is related to terrorism. Authorities say the driver lost control of the vehicle.
