Here's More Reason to Believe Kamala Harris Is Anti-Catholicism

Here’s the thing: you can’t be a “devout” Catholic and still lie to the people you’re governing, open the borders and roll out the red carpet for another country’s citizens, and attack and ridicule anyone who goes against the agenda. And if you're part of the Biden-Harris Administration, we're talking to you.

Vice President Kamala Harris has long taken criticism for questioning conservative Catholic values, and the Biden-Harris Administration’s record contradicts the religion’s values. Hence, the Democratic presidential candidate is losing ground among the critical group. I recently wrote an article that highlighted “Harris’ Pennsylvania problem,” which can be attributed to her pro-abortion, anti-Catholic stance.

More evidence has been found to support claims that point to Harris’ anti-Catholicism.

CatholicVote is claiming that the vice president is connected to the anti-Catholic group Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence (SPI)— a group of drag LGBTQ activists who dress up as nuns and perform vulgar activities in public, mocking the Christian faith.

In an ad launched by CatholicVote, the group accuses Harris of not caring about Christians but bows down to “they/them,” blue-haired liberals. The group showed a photo of Harris standing with the founder of the anti-Catholic group, questioning the vice president’s devotion to the faith that she claims she has.

One of the anti-Catholic group’s videos shows a drag queen barely dressed pulling Jesus off the cross and performing offensive dance moves. At the same time, the video shows nuns wearing bold makeup and nose and tongue piercings scantly parading the streets.

“Let’s be clear: the ‘Sisters’ are no ordinary LGBT activist group. They are a ‘drag’ troupe whose whole purpose is to mock and harass Catholics,” CatholicVote President Brian Burch said in a statement.

GOP vice presidential candidate Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) wrote an op-ed also accusing Harris of being prejudiced against Catholics.

Vance pointed out that Harris was the first presidential candidate since 1984 to skip the annual Al Smith dinner— a fundraising event that raises money for Catholic Charities. He said that not only does the vice president insult the faith, she has a total disregard for any important Catholic cultural event— signifying Catholic Americans mean so little to her.

Continuing pointing out Harris’ anti-Catholic record, Vance noted that she claimed Judge Buescher was unfit to serve on the bench because of his Catholic faith; she attacked the Masterpiece Cakeshop Supreme Court decision by saying that the government should be able to force Catholics to perform services that violate their religious views, and she criticized federal district court nominee, Brian Buescher because he was a member of the Knights of Columbus— a 100-year-old Catholic fraternal organization.

“There was once a time in our nation’s history when both parties agreed on a common set of ideals, among them the understanding that an individual’s First Amendment right to practice his or her faith supersedes the political agenda of any bureaucrat, elected official, or political party,” Vance wrote. “Ms. Harris has made clear that time has passed.”

This came just two days after Harris said she would not agree with Republicans on the issue of abortion, turning down any faith-based exemptions for laws.

Vance also aimed Harris’ current role in the Biden Administration, in which the president allowed the FBI to label Catholics as potentially “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists.”

“The best way to do that is to respect our fellow Americans’ beliefs, not threaten Catholics and other Christians with government lawsuits,” he wrote.
