WATCH: President Trump and Kim Jong Un Shake Hands Ahead of Second Summit in Vietnam

President Donald Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un shooks hands this morning in front of the world to officially kick off their second summit in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Ahead of the meeting, President Trump expressed confidence progress will continue to be made and thanked the Vietnam government for "rolling out the red carpet" to make the summit a success.
