"Essential" Government Employees Sent to Reinstall Barrycades Around Memorials

Yesterday veterans took to the National Mall to tear down 'barrycades' erected around memorials and returned them to the White House. But now, government employees deemed essential in a government shutdown have been instructed to put the barrycades back up.
