I have long argued that radical pacifism, the kind spouted by some Leftists, politicians, and religious leaders, is just as deadly and shows just as much contempt for life as being a violent criminal. Pacifism puts your moral code, and your need to demand that the rest of the world follow your code, ahead of the safety of innocent lives.
I'd like to add to that the Left's concept of white guilt.
Ross Falzone was a retired New York teacher. He taught high school for many years, and lived alone on the city's Upper West Side. Last week, Falzone was killed when he was shoved down subway stairs by a mentally ill career criminal who had four arrests in the last month alone.
Horrific: 76-year-old retired NY teacher Ross Falzone was kiIIed after being shoved down subway stairs by a career criminal who was released from a psych ward just HOURS earlier — the suspect also had 4 arrests in the last 4 months alone

We shouldn’t have to live like this! pic.twitter.com/Zr23UxIeSd
Rhamell Burke had been taken by police to Bellevue Hospital on Thursday, as an "emotionally disturbed person." Depsite that, Burke was released within an hour and that night he killed Falzone near a Chelsea subway station. The attack was "completely unprovoked," according to a Manhattan prosecutor.
Burke was all smiles in court.

But, once again, Burke is a criminal who should not have been out. And this time, we can blame Leftist white women for his release.
Just weeks ago, a 23-year-old woman was attacked by Burke on the subway. Despite that attack, which the woman described as leaving her "in shock." According to The New York Post, Burke kicked the woman's friend in the back before he grabbed her and tried to push her on the ground. Burke then followed the pair after they left the train.
Yet the woman didn't cooperate with prosecutors, because she didn't want to "put another black man in jail."

Well, good for you, cupcake.
The woman told The New York Post she now regrets it.
“I regret it 100% and I actually feel really bad that a man lost his life,”
Too late. Ross Falzone is dead, and there's no undoing that. And her white guilt, her refusal to hold a criminal accountable because of his race, is partly to blame.
In 2021, Anna Krauthamer said she was gang-raped by six men in a Las Vegas Hotel room. She refused to report the crime, saying she believed in the abolition of police and prisons. Ayelet Waldman was also sexually assaulted by a stranger who broke into her bedroom and grappled with the decision, ultimately asking the DA for a plea deal that would give the offender a burglary plea and help him avoid the sex-offender registry and a longer sentence.
I have to wonder how many other women have been assaulted and raped because Krauthamer and Waldman put their personal politics ahead of public safety. We know of several women who have been murdered, including 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska, who was stabbed in the neck by Decarlos Brown, Jr., a man with more than a dozen prior arrests. In Chicago, 26-year-old Bethany MaGee was set on fire by a criminal with 50 prior arrests. Logan Federico was murdered by a man with 39 prior arrests, and in Indiana, Courtney Boose had 99 prior arrests before he tried to stab a man to death at a gas station.
The politicians, DAs, and judges who let these criminals walk have on thing in common: they were all put in office by privileged women like the one in New York who refused to cooperate with police. She could have prevented Burke from killing Falzone. She chose to put her personal politics ahead of the safety of an old man who was just trying to get home.
As I mentioned recently, someone tried to break into my house. Thanks to the NextDoor app, I was given a solid lead in identifying the suspect who — if correct — is also a career criminal. I reported it to police and will absolutely pursue charges if the police apprehend this guy. That's my moral obligation.
Leftists, who haven't met a tyrannical law they didn't like if it meant saving "just one life," have the same obligation. But it's one they shrug off because they put their politics ahead of actual public safety.
And each and every one of them should be ashamed.
