Britain's National Health Service (NHS) was recently sued by a Somali migrant — who was jailed for raping five different women — because they gave him painkillers during Ramadan fasting hours. For that, the man, Dahir Ibrahim, was handed a win in court, which found the NHS violated his human rights.

The dispute dates back to May 2019, when Ibrahim was first prescribed codeine for knee pain while being held at HMP Birmingham.
Ibrahim then brought a case against the NHS Trust at Birmingham County Court in 2024 and won.
The trust then appealed to the High Court in a case heard in May and July; however, a judgment issued on September 29 ruled in Ibrahim's favour.
Ibrahim, who is currently being held at HMP Whatton, in Nottinghamshire, is set to be considered for release by a parole board in the coming months as his minimum jail term comes to an end and he could be deported.
The court heard how Ibrahim would have to "present himself" at a medication hatch each day at HMP Birmingham, which was opened by guards during fixed hours each morning and afternoon.
Once again, if you don't want to live in a nation that doesn't respect Ramadan, don't come to the West. But Ibrahim was not there to assimilate; he was there to conquer. That's why he did what conquering armies have done for millennia: raped women of the lands they conquered.

"Judge Mohammed Shakil Najib" is also part of the problem. Sharia law is in Britain: it's ingrained in the courts, woven into public policy, and enforced as a matter of law (that's why Brits can't fly the Union Jack or the St. George's flag anymore). Removing guys like Ibrahim and Judge Najib will take a spine that the once brave British no longer possess, it seems. They don't even have the spine to vote for the men and women who would remove Muslims from the country.
So instead, they get this, where women have fewer human rights than their rapist.
