June 13, 2023, will go down as one of the most unprecedented and defining moments in American History – a direct attack on over 100 million conservative Americans and their conservative MAGA values. American Bolsheviks have colluded and placed a stranglehold over our Republic, gutted our Constitution, and weaponized our government to target conservative ideals and the leading candidate for the 2024 presidency.
A hostile takeover of our country by a deep state at the behest of China and George Soros-affiliated groups, these dark entities are afraid of you, the American people, and do not want you deciding who leads this country.
As a candidate, as president and as a citizen, Donald Trump has been the epicenter of fear to the ruling class – vowing to “drain the swamp,” bring power back to the people, and be our redemption. Since February 16, 2016, as recently stated by Tucker Carlson, “This is the first step designed to put Donald Trump behind bars for the rest of his life.” He continued, “That is the day Donald Trump made a blood enemy of the largest and most powerful enemy in human history. That would be the federal government.”
Since that very moment, the ruling class and political uniparty has frantically made every unfounded attempt imaginable to derail Trump’s MAGA movement, one of the most influential political forces in US history. He has been harassed by partisan investigations, accused of collusion with Russia (by the very people who actually colluded with Russia), had his finances scrutinized, and impeached twice by an unjust Congress.
Fast forward to 2023 and Trump’s post-presidential life is no different. Currently, he is the aforementioned leading candidate for both the Republican Party and the White House in 2024 (by large margins and in all polls) yet continues to be subjected to vicious and petty attacks while being held to a different standard than anyone in human history. This is all in an obvious attempt to derail the political movement he has inspired.
For the first time in our country’s history, a president has been indicted by government gangster and federal henchman Jack Smith. This government operative currently serves as special counsel to the Biden administration’s Department of Justice. The indictment was suspiciously announced on the same day that House Republicans were able to publicize evidence of his $5 million Ukraine bribery scandal and could be perceived as covering up his family’s long history of corruption. Smith is married to Katy Chevigny, an active donor to Joe Biden and Democrat operation ActBlue. She is a longtime friend of the Obama family and recently produced Michelle Obama’s Netflix documentary. Yet, Smith was expected to remain impartial in his investigation – nothing to see here, folks.
This sham of an investigation has led to Trump pleading not guilty to a 37-count indictment brought by Smith over the former president’s handling of classified materials after leaving office. These accusations are bogus on face value and have already been litigated, such as with cases dealing with Bill Clinton’s records in his sock drawer, Department of the Navy v. Egan, and more.
Tom Fitton and Judicial Watch have 30 years of experience litigating federal and presidential records issues. Fitton recently stated, “The document dishonestly ignores the U.S. Constitution, the Presidential Records Act, legal precedent, and the DOJ's/Archives' previous position that WH records a president takes with him when he leaves the White House are presumptively personal and not subject to review by partisan Biden appointees at DOJ or Archives.”
All the legal arguments aside, it is indeed an embarrassment on the world stage that the man who for the first time championed the cause of United States of America even among allies is being accused of being a threat to the national security of the United States. This is beyond belief and does not pass the smell test.
Our country has been turned into a banana republic with a two-tiered justice system where Trump can be indicted while uniparty criminals like the Clintons go untouched. Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Mike Pence all took home classified documents. Hillary Clinton had classified documents on an unauthorized and private email server. Biden stole classified documents from a secure SCIF as a senator and then stored them in his garage.
The political weaponization couldn’t be any more transparent, where the ruling elite uses its political power to silence, destroy and arrest its opposition. Events like this happen in communist China and communist Russia, not the United States.
But in the end, truth always prevails. Like Mahatma Gandhi said: “When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers and for a time they seem invincible but in the end, they always fall – think of it – always.” Democrats responsible for this heinous crime of indicting President Trump will meet the same fate as the leaders of Congress Party who tried to put Narendra Modi in prison for 12 years before he got elected as Prime Minister of India in 2014 and remains the most popular prime minister of the country.
