The Epic Great Lakes Smash-and-Grab Got Exposed by a YouTuber. And the Libs Are Furious.

It was happening under our noses. Minnesota’s sprawling Somali population allowed a network of alleged fraud and corruption to run rampant for years. It’s cheated taxpayers out of at least $9 billion. The breadth of this fraud scheme is beyond unreal. It was right in our faces daily. The Great Lakes smash-and-grab got exposed, and one YouTuber pulled it off. It also represents another astonishing failure by the press. Maybe that's why they're so mad, that it was another new media win.

Is it that they didn’t want to report the story or know how? It might be both. Nick Shirley produced a nearly hour-long documentary about rampant fraud in Minnesota, including visits to daycare centers that collect millions in funding but have no children. They’re barren. It’s a collection of empty rooms, a couch, a television, and hordes of military-aged Somali men. Protecting these clowns are old white liberal women, who tried to claim Shirley was an ICE agent.

The video broke the story wide open, earned praise from Vice President JD Vance, and led to increased federal resources and agents combing through the evidence. Attorney General Pam Bondi issued approximately 100 indictments related to the ongoing investigation into Minnesota fraud committed by Somalis.

When the first inklings of this fraud arose, it was dismissed as a xenophobic, racist, and manufactured crisis. It’s not. We win; you lose—again. The media’s incessant inability to cover stories, even law-and-order pitches, remains astounding. Even more so, the hate that Shirley has received. You don’t need a degree in journalism to do it. That’s what liberals don’t seem to get. They’re treating media and journalism as if it’s some membership to Hamilton Farm Golf Club when it’s really one to Blockbuster. Anyone can do this. That’s the point. If you have Internet access, a phone, and can string sentences together, you can do this job.

You don’t need to be employed by a mainstream outlet to be part of the club. It’s fake. It’s a fake social construct created by the political class to monopolize the flow of information. Yet, this lot shot their foot off with the slew of fake news stories about Donald Trump, especially the Russian collusion hoax that has led to a mass exodus and irreparable damage to the credibility of the media as a result.

The reaction to Shirley says it all. If a Democrat gets caught, it’s not journalism. If Republicans ran these centers, these same left-wing clowns would be saying he deserves a Pulitzer.

Citizen journalists are the true Fourth Estate now.

Nice work, Shirley. Also, stay safe, sir.
