Why does California take weeks to count their ballots when states like Florida and Texas take one? The time it takes to count ballots is the time it takes to cheat. The longer the counting goes on, the more cheating takes place. It's a lie, a scam, and a fraud, and it's designed to prevent Spencer Pratt from exposing them. A Republican will not win in California for as long as I can see. The charm of California is wearing off, and normal people are waking up to it!
