It is a miracle. President Joe Biden has done what few Americans have ever done or even thought possible. He has caused former President Donald Trump to be relatively silent. Trump is speechless. The latter does not have to do or say anything as long as Biden persists in being defiant that he will remain the Democratic candidate for president.
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, or former presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton could end the misery and the bleeding immediately. They would deserve to win the "Profile in Courage" Award.
This is a pivotal moment. It is not about whether Biden should leave or stay in office, run, or not run for re-election. This is a pivotal time as Democrats have crossed the line between "political spin" and lying to the point of losing the trust of the American people. They are trying to deceive Americans. It would only be sad if it were not so serious.
In true dictator form, Biden is the man who said he will leave office only if asked to do so by God Almighty. He is selfish enough to bring down the entire Democrat Party to continue his more than 40-year reign in government.
What can anyone say?
Biden's campaign has even stooped to giving reporters - two in just one week - the questions to ask Biden. This makes everything a charade, part of the hoodwinking of America. Biden and the Democrats should be ashamed of themselves.
Further post-debate evidence desired? Biden said when asked if he saw the debate, "I do not know? There are only two good answers to that question - yes or no. 'I do not know' is not one of those "good" answers."
This is not hard. Democrats just need to look at Special Counsel Robert Hur's deposition video. They can get it from the attorney general who refused to release it to Congress. It was so bad that it allowed Biden to skate on a possible formal accusation for mishandling classified documents.
Trump was leading in all the swing states before the debate and is leading by a larger margin today. Even states that were unthinkable GOP pickups are close or within reach according to recent polls (Virginia, New Hampshire, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Maine, with Virginia becoming a toss-up state).
With Biden as the Democrats' standard bearer, a landslide for Republicans is feasible.
This could carry beyond the next presidential race. Republicans running for the House or Senate should ask one question of their Democrat opponent: Do you believe Biden should remain the nominee because you believe that in the next four years, he could manage the job?
If they answer in the affirmative, you must vote for the GOP candidate because that Democrat is as delusional as Biden.
Biden really does believe the race is close.
He really does believe that Bidenomics has helped our economy despite its related inflation has groceries costing $121 today versus just $100 before he entered office.
He really does believe he has brought peace to the world despite helping to create two wars that have no end in sight.
Biden really does believe there has been no invasion at the U.S.-Mexican border despite 7.2 million illegal entries since he became president, an amount bigger than 36 states, according to Fox News.
He really does believe that he managed the COVID-19 pandemic better than Trump despite over 600,000 Americans having died on his watch versus just 424,000 perishing on Trump's watch.
As a candidate in 2020, Biden commented on what were then 220,000 deaths, saying that "anyone responsible for that many deaths should not remain as president of the United States of America."
Biden's misstatements have haunted him throughout his political career. Though buried by the liberal media, he would like us to forget his lies meant merely to enhance the facts. This problem forced him to withdraw from the Democratic primary for president in 1988. His lies today unfortunately are meant to deceive. His allies here would be the entire Democratic Party.
As Democrats stall on a Biden decision, the question remains: Do you all fall on the sword for a selfish Biden or do you stand up for America and remove him immediately as president, even if it takes invoking the 25th Constitutional Amendment?
Speaking of a constitutional amendment, if we had an age-limit that states that you cannot run for president or vice president if you turn 80 during that term, we would not be facing this predicament. Oh well.
When you are in your 80s you are "good" until you are not.
