"The Nation's Newspaper" really thought it had a scathing breaking news report. Overt at the Department of Education building, it was discovered that the "controversial" Appeal To Heaven flag was displayed. That would be the flag seen as controversial to members of the press… and basically nobody else.

Journalist Zach Schermele has been rather confused over what makes this flag so dire. The article cites that this flag was flown on January 6 (of course), but is also claimed to be a symbol of White Nationalists, The Proud Boys, and insurrectionists, as well as Christian Nationalists. He also posted on Xitter that it was adopted by a fringe religious group in 2013.
The force behind this blistering exposé made him realize he had stepped in it, and he deleted his original post when shown the error of his ways. He then tried to defend his position by posting a paragraph from – we are not kidding – Wikipedia.
To illustrate the level of ignorance toward this centuries-old banner that George Washington used for the first Navy ships, a photo from January 6 is included in the body of the article. Along with this flag, the Stars and Stripes is also visible, so we assume that flag is also the symbol of insurrectionists. And White Supremacists. And…

Low-Octane Gaslighting – BBC
This will be a costly, but fun, venture.
After threats of doing so, President Trump has officially brought suit against the British Broadcasting Company. His defamation suit, reportedly for $5 billion, is in response to the network deceptively editing a speech he gave on January 6 and airing it in a widely viewed broadcast documentary. His speech was cut and pasted to alter the intent of his delivery, with the audio alterations hidden as the video cut away from him to show other scenes, thus hiding the edits that were made. This was actually the second time the network had done this with his speech.
As expected, Brian Stelter is bothered by this all – not the violation of journalism ethics (which he is supposedly on the beat covering), but at Trump's "attack" on the media.
Up until this year, it was unheard of for a sitting American president to sue a news outlet.

If only there were some way to unravel this deep mystery…!
It is clear there is an inherent conflict going on in the media circles regarding the mass shooting in Australia. On the one hand, they are eager to cover this, as it paves the way for their gun control narratives. BUT, in doing so, it raises the specter that this was a hate crime perpetrated against Jewish residents, who had been targeted during a Hanukkah celebration, and that there appears to be a connection between the shooters and ISIS.
As such, we have outlets like ABC News that want to cover this story, but still pretend that there is a thick fog hanging over the motivation behind this mass murder event.

As we say, the press cannot refrain from jumping into the gun control talking points in cannonball fashion, and here we have Manu Raju going full on with the promotion of banning semi-automatic rifles in our country – all because Australia's confiscatory gun legislation failed to prevent this mass casualty shooting from taking place.

You used enough red yarn on your conspiracy wall to make the connection – so what does it mean?
Now, if we were to ask 1,000 people what the connection was between immigration detainment efforts in Minnesota and George Floyd's death five years ago, 99.99 percent of the people would be at a loss to give an answer. That one person out of a thousand, however, would be an employee at the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
In a story about an attempted arrest of an illegal alien, a woman blocked those efforts by having the targeted individual dive into her SUV, speeding off, and leading agents on a miles-long car chase. At the end of which, both people were apprehended.
It turns out that there is a significant detail – "significant" in the minds of MST reporters. The woman happened to be the sister of the woman who videotaped the police confrontation involving George Floyd!
