The Democrats and Republicans are fighting for different purposes. Can the Republicans win the fight for America’s future?
The Olympic Women’s Boxing has finally moved the trans mania one step closer to self-destruction. Until now, the guy pretending to be a gal has only humiliated biological women. Guys with XY chromosomes have finished way ahead of the female pack in running, swimming, weight-lifting, and biking. This is humiliation: no matter how hard you work, dedicate your life to sport, and give up on other things to win, you will lose and lose by a lot. But with the XY Algerian Imane Khelif, we have moved to direct physical interaction. Yes, there have been cases of women seriously injured in volleyball, field hockey and basketball by the guys wearing wigs. But there, the contact or damage was incidental. Here, we have a guy pummeling women with official sanction. All other sports federations prohibited faux “trans women”. Boxing failed to act, and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) let two guys enter the women’s competition. Khelif finished off his Italian competition in 46 seconds after smashing her face. He won his Saturday competition and is guaranteed a medal. I told my wife a year ago that I hope that the trans phonies make it to the Olympics. It is the only way that this scam might end. Does it take a woman in the hospital to finally convince the left that no, men and women do not have equal physical strength?
On the subject of boxing, imagine a title fight. In one corner is a bruiser whose goal is to win the bout. He would like a knockout but would settle with a TKO, a unanimous win or even a split decision. In the opposite corner, the other boxer has a different goal. His goal is to kill the other guy. He couldn't care less as to the scoring or the direction of the fight. He wants the other guy dead, period. This is an analogy of our current presidential contest. The Republicans definitely want to win. They have seen how much damage a left-leaning administration and Congress can do in three years. They want to change the way America is run. The Democrats, on the other hand, are interested in power and nothing else. While Donald Trump has changed virtually no policy position in nearly a decade (a slight tweak on abortion in light of the end of Roe), Kamala Harris is suddenly disavowing all of her previously held views on fracking, national health insurance, the border, defunding police, and other substantive issues. Why? Because she wants to keep power with the Democrats. She will say anything to anybody if it means she gets elected. And the press goes along with this charade. A candidate selected in a back room without even a single primary delegate is described in the most glowing terms, while the reality of her personality and abilities would say otherwise. Her many speeches include her famous word salads, technical gaffes, and left-wing policy positions. But everything is being rewritten in real-time because the Democrats know that the party out of power has nothing. They control nothing, set no national policy, and have a far worse future. The Democrats want to keep power at all cost; the Republicans want to govern.

This approach is by no means a surprise. Famously, Google had an “all-hands meeting” immediately after Donald Trump’s stunning 2016 victory. The discussion was how to ensure such an outcome never happens again. And that was not the only place where such discussions took place. One can see the coordinated efforts to keep Donald Trump and the tens of millions of Americans he represents out of power. He was deplatformed from Facebook and Twitter. Twitter and others actively censored stories that were helpful to him, most famously the NY Post story about Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell. Google has changed its algorithms to hurt finding Trump-related stories. The government threw lawsuits at Trump and let the Secret Service degrade its protection to the point of near assassination. Several states tried to keep his name off of the ballot. Every arm of the state and left-leaning digital industry was directed towards two interrelated goals: keep Donald Trump out of office and keep the Democrats in control. The press yawned when Kamala Harris became the nominee without a full explanation from Joe Biden as to why he was dropping out but remaining president. They don’t care. If Harris can get them closer to the endzone, then they'll go with her.
Donald Trump has pointed out many times that the efforts against him are really directed at those who support him. Tens of millions of Americans know what America was and can once again be. The left does not want such an America. They like the open border, they don’t care about criminals running free, inflation means nothing to their wealth, and America’s failures abroad are deserved. They hate the US. At times, they say so openly, whether it be pro-Hamas students or Hollywood glitterati. They claim that the US is evil. The US in anything but. It is an amazing country, and there really is nothing close to it anywhere in the world.
When all of the beautiful people swear that they will leave the US if Donald Trump is once again elected, we know that they are going nowhere. While I can say that every country I have visited has some natural beauty, no country is like the US. We learned during COVID-19 how the other English-speaking countries simply wiped out citizens’ freedoms. Canada shut down bank accounts of truckers who protested Ottawa’s policies. These Western countries grant freedoms and take them away. In the US, rights are God-given and not up for abrogation. Europe is very expensive and does not enjoy the expansiveness of the US. One can go to the cheaper countries of eastern Europe, where there is less selection and opportunities. Wherever one goes, life will be less appealing than it is in the US. While Israel is similar to the US in many ways, it still remains a relatively small country without the resources or financial power of its primary ally. There is no country that has it all like the US does. And that’s what the left wants to destroy. They let in millions of illegal aliens to forever change the face of the population of the country. They destroy communities, families, and the economy in the name of left-wing policy goals. They don’t care when the US is humiliated abroad or when criminals kill after no-bail release. They see the US as it was and don’t like it. They want to change it for the worse.
Is the GOP up for a fight with a party that will say and do anything for the sole purpose of winning? Can the Republicans stand up to the onslaught of lies propagated by the media, again for the sole purpose of keeping power? Can the Republicans get their message of a safer, more prosperous, and more powerful country out when the other side controls virtually all media other than Elon Musk’s Twitter?
The future of the US is truly in the balance in this election. In November, we need Donald Trump holding the title belt over his head for all to see.
