Powerful: Injured Iraq Vet Slams Iran Deal, Says Politicians Behind It Will "Have Blood On Their Hands"

Army Sergeant Robert Bartlett is speaking out against the White House deal with Iran in a powerful new advertisement and is reminding the country of Iran's role in killing Americans during the Iraq war.

"I was blown up by an Iranian bomb," Bartlett says in the ad, produced by Veterans Against The Deal. "It cut me in half from my left temple down to my jaw. It took my gunner's legs off. Total devastation. That day is imprinted in my brain forever."

"Every politician who is involved in this will be held accountable. They will have blood on their hands," Bartlett continues. "A vote for this deal means more money for Iranian terrorism. What do you think they're going to do when they get more money?"

Last night Bartlett made an appearance on The Kelly File to further discuss why he's standing up against the deal.

"The very country that killed so many Americans over in Iraq, I just couldn't believe it. They were choosing another country over somebody who had fought for the country, somebody who had died for their country. They're choosing the very enemy we swore to protect them from. It doesn't make sense," Bartlett said when asked about his reaction to news about a deal being struck.

"When it comes down to it, Iran has tried to kill and has successfully killed over 500 Americans in Iraq since 9/11, guys I served with, guys Sgt. Bartett served with," Concerned Veterans for America CEO and Army Major Pete Hegseth added. "The nature of this regime has not changed."

The White House is still desperately trying to sell the Iranian deal to both Republicans and Democrats on Capitol Hill as opposition to the details mount. Over the weekend, top Democrat Chuck Schumer publicly denounced the deal, provoking a fight with the White House about his future as a Democratic leader.

Meanwhile, Iranian leadership is still chanting "death to America" as U.S. flags are burned in the streets.
