TIME's Zeke Miller is reporting that according to a White House official, President Obama will not nominate a replacement for Attorney General Eric Holder until after the 2014 midterm elections.
It is rumored Obama will choose current Labor Secretary Tom Perez as Holder's replacement. Because Perez is a far-left radical arguably worse than Holder, it's no surprise the announcement has been delayed. Attorney and DOJ Whistleblower J. Christian Adams has more on who Tom Perez is:

Holder announced his resignation last month after six years at the Department of Justice. He will stay in his position until a nominee is confirmed. He is the first attorney general in history to be held in contempt of Congress.
