Rumors Giuliani Knew About the FBI Bombshell

Update: On The Kelly File Friday night, Giuliani clarified that the "big surprise" he was alluding to last week was regarding advertising the Trump campaign was planning to release this past weekend. He said he had no inclination FBI Director James Comey was planning to send a letter to Congress announcing their renewed investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails.

Last week, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani hinted that the Trump campaign had some "pretty big surprises" up their sleeves before Election Day. Some have come to believe that "pretty big surprise" was the FBI's reopened investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails, proving that he was somehow privy to the agency's decision and that it was politically motivated.

There is no proof that Giuliani had inside knowledge of the FBI's investigation schedule. Yet, that hasn't stopped liberals like Michael Moore from directly tying him to the agency.

“Well it sure sounds like he knew something. You know, I mean this man is a former federal prosecutor, worked for the Justice Department. If somebody slipped him some information there, I mean, that is amazing,” Moore told CNN on Thursday.

interview on "Fox & Friends" Friday morning. In his conversation with the anchors, Giuliani insisted he is very careful not to talk to active FBI agents.

He had spoken with retired agents and knew something was going to “blow up” in the headlines, but he "had no role in it" and thought it was going to occur weeks ago.

It's up to you to judge whether that suggests a sinister, political agenda was in play.

Judging by the state of the race today and the momentum being on Trump's side, Giuliani predicted Trump will win on Tuesday by 2 or 3 percent and by two states.
