President Donald Trump has a stark warning for violent Leftists and Antifa: they better watch what they do. During an interview with the Daily Caller, Trump said things could get bad if an opposition group mobilized.
“They better hope that the opposition to Antifa decides not to mobilize,” Trump said. "Because if you look, the other side, it’s the military. It’s the police. It’s a lot of very strong, a lot of very tough people. Tougher than them. And smarter for them. They’re sitting back and watching and they’re getting angrier and angrier.”
Specifically, the conservative publication asked Trump about the Antifa mob who showed up at the home of Fox News' Tucker Carlson.
“I spoke to Tucker — I think Tucker’s a great guy — and I think it’s terrible. They were actually trying to break down [Tucker’s] door," Trump said.
The mob who "protested" outside of Carlson's home did so while he was getting ready to go on air. The one person who was home was his wife, who feared for her life. She actually had to lock herself in their pantry while the group chanted outside.

When the group started getting condemned for their move, one of the "protestors" drafted an OpEd in ThinkProgress about "their side of the story." Of course, he did everything in his power to downplay their violent and destructive behavior.
Since President Trump took office, Antifa has ramped up their presence and the number of arrests have drastically increased.
