'All-Inclusive' Queer and Gender-Affirming Friendly Bookstore Bans Conservative Titles

An “all-inclusive” online bookstore committed to carrying all books, is banning conservative literature from its shelves.

Television host and queer-conforming activist RuPaul co-founded the bookstore Allstora, hosting books ranging from Gender Queer to Mein Kampf to “support all voices everywhere.”

“We’re a marketplace for all books and all stories, with a focus on elevating marginalized voices,” the bookstore’s website stated. “You may find books you disagree with. Allstora has decided to carry all books” and “censorship of any book, perspective, or story is incompatible with the survival of democracy.”

“Banning books is never the answer,” the site previously read. “We cannot fight the ideologies of hate if we lack the ability to study, understand, and react to them. We do that by reading books.”

However, the far-left online store made this decision just days after launching the website to switch its policy on so-called “offensive” books and removed content deemed “conservative” or “far-Right” after critics slammed the bookstore for selling “homophobic,” “transphobic,” “anti-woke,” and “Nazi” material.

The authors of the books now banned include works from former President Trump, Elon Musk, Matt Walsh, Riley Gaines, Mike Huckabee, and Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

The bookstore sells books to consumers looking to read pieces about the LGBTQ+ community, and people of color, pansexual, gender non-conforming, two-spirit, Latinx, and Middle Eastern subjects.

The website has vowed to create “a community-led flagging system for titles that are contrary to our core values” and donate “all proceeds from these titles to fight book bans.”

Allstora is launching a nationwide bus store later this year called the “Rainbow Book Bus” that will distribute “diverse books to communities facing book bans and censorship, especially in LGBTQ+ communities.”
