Taylor Lorenz's Remarks About Luigi Mangione's Supporters Are Something Else

Luigi Mangione, 26, is the suspected killer of Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare who was murdered in New York City on Dec. 4.

The horrific murder was captured on video and started a manhunt for the killer.

Mangione was caught in Altoona, Pennsylvania inside a McDonald’s after he was recognized by individuals for resembling the suspect.

After this news broke, woke leftists immediately began to defend Mangione for allegedly killing Thompson. Supporters show up in droves for his court appearances.

In an interview with CNN, Taylor Lorenz, a former journalist for The Washington Post who famously doxxed the creator behind “Libs of TikTok,” defended Mangione and his supporters.

“You’re going to see women, especially, that feel like, ‘Oh my God…Here’s this man who is revolutionary, who’s famous, who’s handsome, who’s young, who’s smart. He’s a person that seems…this morally good man, which is hard to find,” she said of Mangione.

Host Donie O’Sullivan joked, “I just realized women will literally date an assassin before they swipe right on me. That’s where we’re at."

Several reports indicate that Mangione allegedly killed Thompson due to his anger at the healthcare industry in the United States. Many radical leftists found this admirable.

This month, Attorney General Pam Bondi instructed prosecutors to seek the death penalty for Mangione, as Townhall covered.

“Luigi Mangione’s murder of Brian Thompson — an innocent man and father of two young children — was a premeditated, cold-blooded assassination that shocked America. After careful consideration, I have directed federal prosecutors to seek the death penalty in this case as we carry out President Trump’s agenda to stop violent crime and Make America Safe Again,” Bondi said in a statement.
