Update: The author of a tweet showing two screenshots of Michigan totals later deleted his post after learning "the MI update referenced was a typo in one county."
A Decision Desk spokesperson said it was due to an error in the file sent by Michigan.

UPDATE: The influx of 138,339 Biden votes cited in the tweets about Michigan were the result of a data error, according to a spokesperson for Decision Desk HQ. The error was later rectified.

The original pair of screenshots showed an update of 138,339 votes, all going to Joe Biden. Conservatives pointed out on Twitter that it looked suspicious. President Trump also retweeted it, asking "WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?" The posts were then flagged by Twitter with the warning, “some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.”
