Conway: Terror 'Cannot Be the New Normal'

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway said Monday that terror attacks cannot be accepted as the new normal.

“An attack on London is an attack on American values,” she said on Fox News’s “Fox and Friends.”

“But the president’s frustrations really reflect the frustrations and the fears of many Americans … and the freedom loving people all over the world who don’t want this to be the new normal. This cannot be the new normal,” she said.

Trump got elected in the first place because he was the tougher candidate on national security and defeating radical Islamic terrorism, Conway added.

“Imagine if the mainstream media every time they said Russia said ISIS, every time they said Twitter said terrorist, how different it might be,” she said.
