Hassan Declares Herself Winner in NH Senate Race

Democrat Maggie Hassan is declaring herself the winner in New Hampshire’s Senate race, though it has not officially been called.

At the time of writing Hassan is 665 votes ahead of Sen. Kelly Ayotte, who has not conceded the race, with 99.7 percent of precincts reporting.
