Let's understand the nature of this bull**** indictment against Donald Trump. I am not somebody who's going to say, "Well if Trump did this and this, it's a big deal." It's not a big deal. If you read the statute and apply what the statute says, perhaps it is a big deal. But that's not how the law works, nor should it be how it works. The law is as applied. The law is as people experience it and as those with the power to enforce it actually do so. In other words, the law is not what's written in the books; the law is what people actually do. And we know what people actually do with the law now: they ignore it. They ignore these laws. They ignored it for Hillary Clinton. They ignored it for Joe Biden. They've ignored it for Mike Pence. But not Donald Trump.
