BREAKING: Dozens Injured in New York City Explosion

UPDATE II: A second device, a pressure cooker, has been found near the blast site. 

UPDATE: NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio says although the act does appear to have been intentional, there is no indication at this time it was terrorism.

Twenty five people have been wounded and taken to hospitals in a New York City explosion after an explosion device reportedly from inside or near a dumpster.

At this time, 25 confirmed wounded but none with life-threatening injuries. Actively monitoring situation. #Chelsea

Homeland Security and FBI agents are on the scene in addition to more than 100 New York City firefighters.
