Santorum is a firebrand, but his speech at CPAC wasn't branded. It was smart, and it was delivered effectively, but just lacked the bang given by Pence, Romney, and Pawlenty.

But Santorum was the originator of the the phrase "Islamic facism," and it would've been nice to see him get into specifics.
