As TV pundits hyperventilate about the extreme Right hijacking the Republican Party, Manhattan Democrats bestowed an overwhelming vote of confidence upon a man with ethics violations coming out of his ears. What does Rangel's primary night victory waltz say about the Democratic base? Somehow I doubt the MSM talking-head shows will devote much attention to that question.
