Juanita Broaddrick Demolishes Chelsea Handler on Twitter

Comedian and talk show host-turned-activist Chelsea Handler is none too thrilled about the allegations of sexual misconduct against Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore. In a tweet, she said that electing Moore to the Senate after he was accused of inappropriate behavior would send a bad message to women, and would further enable other abusers.

While Handler does make interesting points, if the allegations against Moore are true, she probably wasn't expecting this kind of response. Juanita Broaddrick, who accused President Bill Clinton of raping her in 1978 while he was the Arkansas attorney general, had plenty to say about Handler's hypothetical situation. Namely, because it actually happened to her when Clinton was president in 1992 and again in 1996.

Handler has not yet replied to Broaddrick on Twitter, and let's be honest, she probably won't.

Broaddrick came public with her allegation against Clinton in early 1999, in an interview that aired on Dateline NBC.
