Funny, I thought the entire purpose of allowing 'trans girls' to compete in girls' sports was a question of 'fairness' and 'equality.' Note the quotes there, because that's the argument that the Left has used, repeatedly, to justify letting a small minority of mentally ill boys (and their deranged mothers) cheat in sporting competitions, depriving deserving girls of records, titles, scholarships, and other opportunities.
But the mask always, invariably, slips. The Left doesn't care about denying those girls opportunities because they don't care about excellence or other people winning. To them, everyone should be content with a participation trophy, because being 'inclusive' is more important than being just. It's the same fetid ideology that pushes woke into other aspects of life, consequences be damned. The Left doesn't care, for example, if your med school DEI admission doctor doesn't know how to run tests for basic things like sepsis. Sure, you may die, but at least the doctor who killed you checked all the right intersectionality boxes.
Likewise, they believe our girls are the ones who have to sacrifice their hard-earned athletic careers, as well as risk their health and safety as teen volleyball player Payton McNabb did, not only because trans activism is their latest cause du jour, but because sticking boys in girls' sports also sticks it to President Trump.

A picture is worth a thousand words. For someone 'surrounded by love,' there isn't much love in that picture. The trans athlete, a boy named AB Hernandez, is hugging himself, and the girls around him look miserable. And rightly so. Physically, they do not stand a chance against a boy.
A bunch of 15-year-olds wholloped a professional women's soccer team, after all. What chance to other teen girls have against a boy in their peer group?
Just for laughs, I would love to have President Trump make a statement about he's all-in on boys competing against girls, just to watch 'TILT' appear in Leftist eyes until they decide they're now suddenly against it, because it's wholly unfair and deeply misogynistic.
I don't understand how the Left is so deranged that they have to reflexively oppose everything that President Trump does, but here we are. It's why they're whining about fixing the reflecting pool on the National Mall. Yeah, it was full of algae, trash, and leaking for years, but how dare President Trump make it look nice? It's either a 'vanity project' or 'visual propaganda,' depending on the day and not, you know, a President making sure the nation's capital doesn't look like it's run by hobos.
But if the Left wants to not only take the 20 percent side of an 80-20 issue, demonize those of us on the majority side, and also sacrifice our daughters' safety and opportunities in order to 'beat Trump,' that's a choice. Even the Democrats' embarrassingly bad 2024 autopsy admitted that President Trump's 'They/Them' ad played well with voters. Add in the admission that letting little Sarah get smashed in the face at the volleyball tournament so some writer for the Los Angeles Times can get a one-up on the President, and, well, good luck.
